On 8 September 2024, EERC, represented by Chairman Eng. Ahmed Salem, took part in the Third Green Community Forum at the Marriott Hotel. The forum brought together ministers, officials and around 250 heads of companies and economic institutions.
Under the theme “Green Economy: Next Steps”, the sessions looked at renewable energy, green hydrogen, hydropower and industrial modernisation, and at how government, the private sector and civil society can work together on Egypt’s green transformation and the investment opportunities it creates.
