Who needs on-site data destruction

  • Banks and financial institutions
  • Government and public-sector bodies
  • Telecom operators and data centers
  • Hospitals and universities holding personal data
  • Any organisation whose policy does not allow storage media to leave the site

How an on-site job works

We agree the date, the number and type of drives and the destruction method with your team. On the day, our team comes to your site, counts and documents the storage media, then destroys them on your premises. The destroyed material is taken to our licensed facility for recycling, and you receive a certificate of data destruction.

Choosing the right method

  • Physical destruction (hard drive damage) — for hard drives, SSDs and flash storage that will not be reused
  • Certified software erasure (BitRaser) — for drives and devices that will be reused

What you receive

  • A count of the storage media destroyed
  • A certificate of data destruction
  • A recycling certificate for the destroyed material
